Have you been dying to open mic but doubt your live storytelling abilities? Does your story have too much shinfo (aka shitty info)? Are you worried your ending will fall flat? Does fear have you waiting in the wings?

Samantha Tucker and Karie Miller and Harmony Mae got you covered.

On Tuesday May 7th, SClub Cbus will feature it's first ever Storytelling Workshop. You come prepared with a mom-related story; we teach you how to deliver the goods in a way the audience will not soon forget.

Our evening will end with a mass of open mic spots--not mandatory, definitely encouraged.

In Ireland, 'Rambling House' was a name given to a place where the community would meet to play music, tell stories, and share in the company of a close-knit community. These were intimate gatherings of friends, family and neighbors, entertaining one another and sharing stories of the past and creating memories for the future.

We're currently looking for folks to help us produce, market, and run the show. If you have an interest in one of these areas, email your resume and cover letter to sam@storyclubcbus.com. Let us know why you're interested, why you're perfect for the job, and why you won't flake out after one month. All positions require attendance at each show the second Tuesday of every month. With all positions you'll make as much money as our founder, which is to say that they're unpaid. We're in it for the love of the story game!
